Local Rules
1.Out of Bounds – Outside the boundries of the course, beaches as defined by white markers and all paved areas around the Clubhouse. Ball hit onto or over entry road or car park.
2.Immovable Obstructions – All constructed sand, concrete, limestone or gravel paves, concrete manhole covers, seats and benches. (Rule 24-2). Free drop within one club lenght. Exception to this rule – that part of the bridges which are vertically above the water harzards, eg at 2nd, 4th & 10th.
3.Stone filled drains – Only if ball lies on the stones is relief without penalty allowed.
4.Through the green, a ball that is embedded in its own pitchmark in the ground, other than sand, may be lifted without penalty, cleaned and dropped as near as possible to where it lay, but not nearer to the hole. The ball when dropped must first strike a part of the course through the green. Exception 1: A player may not take relief under this rule if the ball is embedded in sand in an area not closely mown; Exception 2: reilef may not be taken if it is clearly unreasonable for the player to make a stroke because of interference by anything other than the condition covered by this local rule.
5.Protection of Young Trees – Protection of young trees identified by stakes. If such a tree interferes with a players stance or the area of his extended swing, the ball must be lifted, without penalty, and dropped in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Rule 24-B (1)(immovable obstruction). The ball may be cleaned when so lifted.
6.Ground Under Repair – Ground under repair is any area so marked with a white line on the ground.
7.Stones or Shells in Bunkers – Stones or shells lying near ball in bunker may be removed without penalty.
