TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. To be entered into the Prize Draw, all participants must have contributed €100 on or before the Captain’s Drive-In, March 2013.
  2. Minimum denomination of deposit in each envelope is €2.00.
  3. Participants may enter as many times as they wish; the full cost of each entry, €100, must be paid for each entry before the date at point 1.
  4. If you decide to enter the draw and do not reach the required €100.00 by the time indicated at point 1, then no monies will be refunded.
  5. The Draw will take place on the evening of the Captain’s Drive-In, March 2013.
  6. All deposits/monies must be placed in the envelopes provided and placed in the draw box.
  7. Winners of the three main prizes will not be eligible for the €100.00 draw.
  8. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes are transferable.
  9. There will be no cash alternative for the three main prizes.
  10. For each entry you will be allocated a Draw Number.
  11. The decision of our Fund Raising Committee is final.
